What is a Reef Aquarium?

A Reef aquarium set up by The Aquarist houses live rock, live sand, invertebrates, live corals, and colorful fish. This type aquarium can be one of the most beautiful displays in any office or home and can also be one of the easiest to maintain as long as guidelines are followed.  The initial cost is higher for this type system because of all the living organisms and equipment that keep this system functioning. However service visits should be less demanding on this type system once an equilibrium has been reached.
